On-site solutions for major offshore oil
& gas producer

Global case studies

ADNOC Offshore is responsible for the development and delivery of oil and gas resources in Abu Dhabi waters. They are the largest offshore oil and gas producer in the UAE and operate at eight established fields, which comprise five super-complexes and six artificial islands.

Averda has worked with ADNOC since 2014, initially providing waste collection, recycling and street cleaning services for a population of 4,000 workers on Zirku island.

In February 2019, Averda was awarded a new five years’ contract for the full spectrum of on-site waste management services for the ADNOC offshore sites at DAS Island, Zirku Island, Bu Sikeen and Al Qatia, and Arzanah Island.

We also provide sewage clearance, sewage collection and general cleaning, and of course the removal of the resulting waste.
